Bones Ultrasound & Grooming has moved.
We are extremely excited to return to the Doncaster/North Notts area.
Our new salon will be based on our farm in Beckingham, DN10.
Having a wealth of industry experience from previously running Groom2U in Doncaster area, which originally operated from the Groom2U Van and very quickly expanded into a grooming Spa on the family farm in the centre of old Harworth. Groom2U was a very popular and busy salon which was the area's PET INDUSTRY FEDERATION APPROVED Dog Grooming Salon and then went on to be part of THE GROOMERS SPOTLIGHT. Groom2U closed its doors Summer 2019 and relocated to Loftus as Bones Of Loftus.
The last 4 years have been challenging for us as a family and a business, with the relocations to East Cleveland and then to Hull, so we are extremely excited to have found our FOREVER home, where our children, pets and businesses can flourish.
Bones Ultrasound & Grooming offers Pregnancy Ultrasound confirmation scans and a full range of salon services. We only accept one families' dogs at a time, so please plan ahead as grooming appointments are limited.
Our vision
I do try to groom most dogs to as close to breed standard as the owners requests allow. sat on 2015 British Dog Grooming Association Commitee, 2014 Passed my Level 3 full diploma in dog grooming, 2015 passed half my ICMG exams. Currently I am really focusing on fine tunning my handstripping on my fox terriers, lakeland and schnauzer.
I am featured on the Groomers Spotlight website. I continuously work towards further qualifications which will augment my dog grooming, as well as my grooming qualifications I have achieved a Massage certificate from Sunderland Uni which the dogs are enjoying with every groom, my animal first aid certificate ( also BSc Medince), and I am Teacher trained (QTS with 10 yrs experience)- I do offer Clients 1 to 1 sessions on how to groom their dog and this is proving very popluar with the high maintance breeds such as poodles and bichons, please ring me for more deails
